Precedent were commissioned by Kingston College to design, build and deliver a completely new website. We initially worked closely with key members of the organisation to establish the desired look and feel for the new website, along with content and structure for the site.
A consideration throughout this process was the structuring of the course information so it was clear and intuitive. A bespoke search function was developed which enabled users to search all the course information available.
Accessibility of the site was a priority, ensuring users could access the information in the most relevant way to them. We ensured that the highest levels of accessibility were achieved when constructing the site without compromising on design or function.
The site is being managed by our own browser-based content management solution CAST, allowing content and format of the site to be regularly updated by internal teams.
We helped Kingston to define and shape a successful website that would cater to their user base and deliver an effective, invaluable communications and information providing tool. A whole new look and feel was achieved, giving the colleges website a fresh new look and engaging the users attention whilst keeping within a tight budget.
